v1.0.0

Orbit 1.0.0 is a full rewrite from the ground up — a new capture engine, a restructured database, a lighter UI, and a real-time capture feed.
New
- Real-Time Capture Feed: Captures now appear in the app the moment they're taken. Previously there was a delay before screen captures showed up; now each one is available instantly.
- Instant-On UI: Open the app and your latest captures are already on screen. The timeline is ready the moment you land in it.
Improved
- Capture Engine: Completely redesigned to be smarter about what it captures and how. Redundant content is deduplicated on the fly, which reduces disk usage, lowers CPU and memory pressure and improves battery life.
- Search & Database: The underlying database structure has been refined to support more powerful queries across both metadata and indexed screen content. Search, scrubbing and moving through the timeline are noticeably faster and smoother as a result.
- Data Mobility: The data layer is now structured to make it easier to store all or part of your data on an external drive and to import and export data in future releases.
Notes
- With this rewrite, not all features from the previous version have been ported yet. Missing functionality will return in subsequent releases.
